I am here to support you with in-person counselling in Chilliwack, BC, or online across Canada in most provinces; 

To book an immediate session: 

Please fill in the contact form,  with 3 days and times that you prefer, indicating a preference for a 1-hour first session or for a 15-minute phone consultation.

Please know that online booking will be made available to an individual once they are a client.
